The Mahale and Gombe Stream Park are a mix of grass, woods and forests, although it mainly forest, with a majority of mammals as primates. These forests are lush and green to rise to 15,000 feet above the water of Lake Tanganyika.

With over twenty years of research have used chimpanzees to humans. They do not make it easy to find them.
